What tasks can our assistants handle?

Are your assistants trained in HIPAA compliance?

Yes. All our assistants are trained in HIPAA compliance, patient confidentiality, and medical documentation standards.

How does onboarding work?

We start with a short consultation to learn about your practice, your workflow, and the tasks you want to delegate. From there, we match you with a qualified assistant and help integrate them into your daily operations.

Will my assistant work
only with my practice?

Yes. Your assistant is dedicated to your practice, which helps them learn your preferences, systems, and workflow.

What hours do assistants work?

Scheduling is flexible and based on your clinic’s needs. Many practices choose coverage during U.S. business hours, but we can discuss what works best for your team.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Cardinal Assistants does not require a long-term contract.

How much does it cost?

Our services are charged at $10 per hour. You only pay for the
hours worked, no long-term contracts involved.
